Rhose Shand and Roger McNeill are mentors who assist with visioning, facilitation and teamwork

Rhose Shand, Advisory Trustee has experience working with high potential youth, a “Caring for Carers” program in Christchurch and tutored in relationship services at the Hawke’s Bay Prison. Contact us if you need help. She facilitates workshops for youth mentors  in communication skills and emotional awareness.

Roger McNeill, Community Mentor encourages youth mentors, volunteers and students in realizing their aptitudes and strengths.  He actively listens to young people and plans activities with them. He has a Masters honors degree in social sciences, post-graduate diploma in human resource management and co-authored a book with Kerry Kitione entitled “Listening to Voices in Four Hawkes Bay Schools”.
